ASAS now also working in Mexico
ASAS Alemania is currently developing a new Project, amounting some 2,5 Million EUR, for the press shop of the brand new Plant that AUDI is building in San José Chiapa (Mexico).
The project includes two fully automated scrap conveying systems, one for each press line. Each system comprises a number of elements such as: aluminium, steel and mixed aluminium-steel conveyors, oscillating distributor, cleaning station, loading point, electrical and automation system, and optical survey system (requiring up to 10 cameras).
ASAS Germany is collaborating in this project with ASAS Spain as well as ISASTUR, which delivers electrical and automation and control systems.
This new Project expands ASAS’ presence in Latin America, after the establishment of a permanent office in Brazil two years ago, where projects are being developed together with the local company of Group ISASTUR (ISOTRON Brazil).
