PROCINSA ENERGÍAS RENOVABLES, S.L. (formerly known as PROCINSA INGENIERÍA, SA), is currently an engineering and consultancy subsidiary of ISASTUR focused on renewable energy.

PROCINSA INGENIERÍA S.A. was founded in 1989, with the purpose of developing, managing and implementing commercial, industrial and mining projects.

In 1998 PROCINSA reached an agreement with the developer Northeolic, SA to act as Engineering in all the wind power projects to be developed by Northeolic in northern Spain for a period of 10 years.

In 2005, PROCINSA joined GRUPO PROINTEC, a company founded in 1970, being at that moment an international leader in various fields of engineering, architecture, technology and general consulting services related to infrastructure, urban planning and environment.

In 2010, GRUPO PROINTEC joined the international group Indra, multinational consultancy and technology leader in Spain and Latin America and an international leader in high added value innovative solutions and services.

Finally, in 2014, PROCINSA INGENIERIA became PROCINSA ENERGIAS RENOVABLES and joined ISASTUR.

Thanks to more than 25 years of experience as an engineering, as well 10 years belonging to consolidated and multinational groups such as PROINTEC and Indra and nowadays Isastur, all of them with extensive international experience, allowed PROCINSA to undertake projects outside Spanish borders and to develop and acquire extensive experience in international projects.
