- When loading or unloading goods onto/from our own or suppliers’ trucks.

PREVENTIVE MEASURES
Rules for acting
- Take due precautions when carrying out these operations.
- Maintain safety distances with respect to suspended loads.
- Before using a truck-mounted crane, the operator is to check the pathway of the load and warn anyone working in the area that said load is going to be displaced.
- Use the guards on the machine itself. Do not remove them.

RISK FACTORS
- Haulage vehicles overturning (trucks).
PREVENTIVE MEASURES
Rules for acting
- The loads being transported are to be well secured so as to prevent displacements during haulage.
- Always drive with precaution and at moderate speeds depending on the load being transported, the state of the terrain and meteorological conditions.
- Always wear a seat belt when circulating (vehicles which have these).
- Once the truck has been parked up, the hand brake is to be engaged and the gear stick left in a low gear.
- Avoid parking the vehicle on steep slopes.
- Avoid brusque changes in direction, turns with a small radius and/or at high speed.
- Do not raise loads that exceed the rated capacity of the crane.
